Dr.Lolly Pattnaik M.S (Ophthalmology) Presently working as professor in Ophthalmology at Institute of Medical science and SUM Hospital, Bhubaneswar. She completed her MBBS from S.C.B. Medical College Cuttack in 1994 and Post graduation in Ophthalmology from M.K.C.G. Medical College, Berhampur, Odisha in the year 2000. She did her long term fellowship in Cornea and Anterior segment from Aravind Eye Hospital Madurai. She has also undergone short term fellowship in Glaucoma at the same institute. She is trained in Laser in Diabetic Retinopathy at Aravind Eye Hospital Madurai in 2006. She has been trained in Phacoemulsification at the same institute and advanced phaco training at Sushrut Eye foundation, Kolkata. She had Cleared the International Council of Ophthalmology tests and was accepted as a fellow to undergo advanced training in ophthalmology under the Guidance of Eminent Professor BINDER Susanne, at Rudolf Eye Foundation, Vienna, Austria in 2012.

She was one of the first to start cornea Transplant (Keratoplasty) in the State of Odisha in 2004. Subsequently she was instrumental in setting up of Dairati Satyabhama Eye Bank at SUM Hospital and she is heading the eye bank as the Medical Director. She has vast experience in patient care, Research and Teaching apart from administration. She has vast experienced in various surgeries Like Phacoemulsification, Small Incision Cataract Surgery, Trabeculectomy, Lasik, Pterigium surgery etc.
